  Misleading advertising coupled with terrible and unprofessional customer service! I purchased a Groupon deal valid for any day except Sundays and Mondays. When I called to book an appointment I was dealing with Amy who told me they only allow these deals for a Saturday. I said I work Saturdays and its my busiest day. She said theyre busy every other day and only allowed Saturdays for these types of bookings. I said thats not what its stated on the Groupon, if I knew it was only Saturdays I wouldnt have purchased the deal. Then to my disbelief she hung up the phone. I called Groupon and explained my unfortunate experience and lucky they gave me a full refund! Business is still business big or small

A qualified Beauty Therapist, has her certificate in Laser therapy and an ambassador for the QLD Governments Health Campaign “Healthier. Happier”.

Amy’s career as a Beauty Therapist started in 2009 and has taken off ever since and very quickly. Amy has worked with some of the most renowned skincare brands, Osmosis being one of her all-time favourite skincare lines. Amy found her calling and niche for active facial treatments when she started working with Osmosis in 2011. Having worked with a product that is dedicated to fostering and maintaining the health of the skin and addressing common problems on a cellular level seeing the results became her passion to treat skin and perform thorough facials with active and safe ingredients that dramatically change the skin. So with 5 years’ experience, Amy is extremely happy to be managing Synergy Skin in Fitzroy and can’t wait for what the future holds.

Her passion for what she does is second to none. Amy truly believes in the importance of not only the outer beauty but also the deeper layers within. Her goal is to gain the confidence people may have lost due to skin conditions or abuse of products and to educate her clients with the proper knowledge and understanding of skincare treatments and products so that they receive the best results.
