Gourmet2Go Room Service are not your normal run-of-the-mill food delivery company. For starters, normal restaurants almost always show priority to in-house, or dine-in guests, Not us. We are a restaurant that exists purely to deliver food, meaning that you are our priority. Next, a large part of our business is servicing many of Melbournes finest Hotels. We act as their exclusive Room Service provider. What this means is that we are dedicated to delivering a quality product & service every time. If we dont, we would lose these contracts.
We also have a Loyalty Club program, exclusively for our residential customers. Discounts are across a whole range of products, and its easy to obtain these discounts with every single order. Another unique aspect of Gourmet2Go is our constant quest for improvement. We are one of very few business that actively seek your feedback every single time your order. We do this by attaching a Feedback Form to your receipt, and ask for your feedback by phone, or sms, or email, or web form, or letter! If youre not happy (or you are), then we want to know and help set it right (if need be). There are just 2 days are year when we are closed, being Christmas Eve & Chritmas Day.
We also believe in using technology to help us deliver a better product, we are always investing in technology to help us improve. Some of these innovations are specialised heat bags, and heating pads, or our GPS system so that we can track our delivery attendants / your order all the way to your door.
